The Login Name is integral to your account and cannot be changed. If you desire a different master login for whatever reason, please contact our Billing department to setup a new account with a new Login Name. This will incur a $10.00 setup fee.

Your Login Name also serves as an e-mail address.  If the Login Name is wonderfulperson, the e-mail address is wonderfulperson@domain.com. 

If you no longer wish to use your Login Name as an email address, you can create up to 5 other e-mail addresses. You must continue to use your Login Name to get access to your Account Management and to connect to your dialup or high speed services but you do not need to receive email there. Please notify our billing department if you decide to discontinue use of your master Login Name so we can redirect your billing notices properly.
