FIRST STEP INTERNET & ELK RIVER TV CABLE COMPANY

First Step Internet and Elk River TV Cable Company are pleased to announce a new partnership between their companies. Under the agreement, First Step will acquire the Internet assets of Elk River Cable and begin providing the Internet service side of the business. Elk River Cable will retain ownership of the Cable TV service and continue providing that as normal.

Dave McGraw, General Manager/Owner, of Elk River TV Cable Company stated, "We are excited about this new agreement with First Step. It will strengthen the Internet service in Rockford, Deary, Fairfield, Garfield and Rosalia. It will also leverage the technical service and extensive bandwidth that First Step brings to the table."

The transition will begin September 1st when First Step will start handling the billing and technical support for Elk River Cable Internet clients. Kevin Owen, President/CEO of First Step Internet added, "This partnership is strategic in that it combines the strengths of both companies and paves the way towards future cooperative efforts to increase TV & High Speed Internet services on the Palouse and beyond. Elk River Cable is a quality company and we are pleased to partner with them."
